I'm based in Pretoria, Gauteng, and I'm happy to travel for sessions.

A travel fee of R5 per kilometre (round trip) applies to all locations, including those within Pretoria.

Simply send me your preferred location, and I'll calculate the travel fee and include it in your quote.

You will receive your fully edited photos within 3–10 days. During quieter seasons, your gallery may be delivered in as little as 3 days, depending on my editing schedule.

Once your gallery is ready, you'll receive a private Pixieset link to view and download your images.

Once your gallery is ready, I'll send you a private online gallery via Pixieset.

Here's how it works:

• You'll receive a link by email (or WhatsApp if preferred).

• Open the gallery and browse through your professionally edited images.

• Download your photos in high resolution directly to your phone or computer.

• Share the gallery with family and friends if you'd like.

• Your gallery will remain available for 3 days, so please make sure to download and back up your images before it expires.

While every effort is made to ensure your session runs smoothly, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise.

If severe weather, illness, equipment failure, road closures, or another emergency prevents the session from taking place as planned, I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.

Whenever possible, we will reschedule your session to the next available date at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, we will discuss a suitable solution based on the circumstances.

Your safety and the quality of your experience are always my top priorities. If conditions become unsafe during an outdoor session, I reserve the right to pause, relocate, or reschedule the session to ensure everyone's safety.

No. RAW files are not included with your session.

You will receive a carefully selected collection of professionally edited, high-resolution JPEG images that reflect my editing style and the quality of my work. RAW files are unfinished files that require professional editing and therefore remain the property of Urban Lens Co.

Absolutely! I love it when clients share their ideas and inspiration. If you have specific poses, Pinterest inspiration, or must-have shots in mind, feel free to send them to me before your session.

I'll do my best to recreate the style you're looking for while also capturing natural, candid moments that reflect your unique story. Please note that certain poses or shots may vary depending on the location, lighting, weather, and time available during the session.
